1-Year Manufacturer Warranty

  • This AI machine is backed by a 1-year limited parts warranty from the manufacturer.
  • Covered parts include internal components such as:
    • Touchscreen and digital display
    • Motherboard and internal electronics
    • Sensors, motors, and refrigeration units
  • Manufacturer warranty does not cover:
    • Misuse, abuse, or user-inflicted damage
    • Cosmetic issues or wear and tear
    • Unauthorized modifications or improper installation
    • Power surge or water/fire damage

Delivery & Warranty Start

Warranty begins on the earlier of:

  • The date of pickup from our facility
  • The date of delivery by our company truck
  • OR 3 calendar days after shipment

Parts Replacement Process

  • All warranty service and parts replacements are processed through the manufacturer.
  • Faulty parts must be returned within 5 business days with a valid tracking number.
  • Failure to return the original part may result in a charge for the replacement.
  • Expedited/overnight shipping is not available.

Technical Support

  • Free tech support is provided by Louisiana Vending LLC for 1 year from the purchase date.
  • Support is available Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM CST (excluding holidays)
  • Support is limited to the original purchaser and requires the machine serial number.

REFURBISHED MACHINE WARRANTY

60-Day Limited Parts Warranty

  • This machine is covered by a 60-day limited warranty on select parts only.
  • Warranty begins on the earlier of:
    • The date of pickup from our facility
    • The date of delivery by our company truck
    • OR 3 calendar days after shipment

Covered Components

The following parts are covered if they fail due to manufacturer defect or internal failure during normal use:

  • Coin changers
  • Bill validators
  • Control boards
  • Motors
  • Refrigeration units
  • Digital display units
  • Internal sensors

Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic imperfections (scratches, dings, faded paint, etc.)
  • Misuse, abuse, or improper handling
  • Improper installation or failure to follow setup instructions
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Fire, water, or power surge damage
  • Consumables (light bulbs, batteries, fuses)

Parts Replacement Process

  • Replacement parts will be exchanged at no charge at our facility
  • Shipping of parts is available, but customer covers all shipping costs
  • Faulty parts must be returned within 5 business days of receiving the replacement
  • A tracking number is required for all returns
  • If the faulty part is not returned, the customer will be billed for the replacement part

  • Free phone support is available for the first 60 days from the date of purchase
  • Support hours: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM CST (excluding holidays)
  • Assistance is limited to the original purchaser and requires the machine serial number
