Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Physical Products (Vending Machines, Parts & Accessories)
We accept returns on vending machines, vending parts, and accessories under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of purchase.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to vending machines and large equipment.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, contact us within 7 days to request a replacement or refund.
Non-Tangible Products (Gift Cards, E-books & Digital Downloads)
- All digital products, including e-books, training materials, and downloadable resources, are non-refundable.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once purchased.
Custom Orders & Specialty Vending Machines
- Custom vending machines, branded machines, and specialty orders are non-refundable once production has started.
How to Initiate a Return or Refund
- Contact Us: Email sales@louisianavending.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Approval & Instructions: If eligible, we will provide return authorization and shipping details.
- Processing Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the return, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Exclusions & Special Considerations
- Products showing signs of use, damage, or modification are not eligible for return.
- Refunds may take additional time depending on your financial institution’s processing policies.
- If your refund is delayed, check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
